The MAD program starts with a short online questionaire, where the dealership provides key data on their marketing, what they do, their budgets and the key performance indicators.
This is followed by a 60 minute, after hours, conference call, where we will discuss in general terms the activity levels. At this point the in dealer meeting is arranged.
This meeting is a structured two hour session in dealership, focussing on seeing the physical material that the dealership produces, and getting under the skin of the team to really understand what is going on.
At this point the team work on a report covering the 10 key points program:
- Direct marketing
- Social Media
- Use of Technology
- Website and digital
- Paid for Search
Each element is assessed, an executive summary produced and a list of all actions that the dealer should take. created. This list can be extensive as it covers everything we have determined, everything we have uncovered so far.
The top 5 elements are then prioritised and a detailed action plan developed for each.
At this point we review the full report and the elements with the dealer.
Then we leave you to it for 1 month.
After 1 month we come into the business for a meeting, we review activity, address issues and identify the the next 5 actions.
Then we leave you for a month.
In the final meeting we review what has been done, and deliver an overview activity plan for the next 6 months, the actions that need to be taken by the dealership to move their marketing forwards.
The process covers a total of 3 1/2 days, – 1 1/2 days at the start and two days over the next two months.
So how much does it cost?
Our day rate for the MAD process is £300 per day, so the full progam will cost the dealership £1,050.
Usually we focus on a single brand, and either sales or aftersales, however if a dealership wants a more tailored program to look at specific areas or multiple sites that can be arranged.
